![]() The theory was that I would work harder, gain mass, burn more calories and then once I stopped the creatine I would drop the water. After xmas I thought I'd supplement my Diet protein shake with creatine. My progress has been steady and nowhere near as dramatic as the T25 case studies you see online. Initially the main aim was to drop some weight and get fitter but as I took my measurements (dropping 10-15cm from chest and stomach) and photos which is recommended in the program I saw a difference, I looked more like the old 'college days' me. I dropped down to 193lbs just before the xmas holidays where I had a 2 week break. I improved my diet as best I could whilst still eating foods I enjoy and not avoiding family meals in place of special meals just for me. I started this back in July last year and have been pretty committed to it apart from a couple of weeks of here and there. Just 25 mins a day and different levels of difficulty. Someone introduced me to Focus T25 and I really liked the idea of it. I really let myself go the last few years and at my worst was over 220lbs and im only 5'7". ![]() Im new to the forum and this scene really and was after some advice. ![]()
